One on one – just you and me and a program developed for your unique needs. Typically private personal training clients have an injury or health setback that requires modifications to work around or clients that simply desire to have one hour devoted to themselves. I use your goals and my postural analysis to develop your training program.
You will use weights for resistance to build strength, body weight exercises to develop and build core strength and use a variety of equipment and your own body weight for cardio to build stamina.
You’ll be motivated to create change in your body and mind in a safe and fun environment. If weight loss is your goal, a portion of our session will be devoted to determining your current eating habits and planning your weekly menu to incorporate less processed and more whole foods. You will conclude with targeted stretching your body needs for the muscles you just worked.
