Semi-private personal training allows you to save money and still achieve the results you want if you are willing to share your time with up to 3 other people (you don’t have to know them, or find them). My most popular package, because let’s face it, it’s more fun to workout with others, and soon your workout buddies become your biggest support system.
Your fitness goals and postural analysis will determine the training program designed especially for you, it may look similar or modified to others in your workout group. While those over 40 typically have similar needs, I work to craft a program addressing your unique body.
During your 60-minute training session, you can expect a challenging mix of strength training using your body, bands, and dumbbells, inter mix cardio – that won’t bore you and mobility & balance exercises to improve your movement and build core strength. No workout is ever the same so your muscles and mind will always be challenged!
If weight loss is your goal, we will assess your current eating habits and develop a menu that works with your schedule and eating preferences while shifting towards less processed and more whole foods. At the end of your session targeted stretches or foam rolling will help release tight muscles and improve range of motion in the body.
